  • Hey So do i!!!Ive been well and truly ROTOSONIC`D .

i currently have my XE2 with a 722 and a Concorde with a 710-both rotosonics. But at church i have an A100 with a Leslie 910 and although it sounds great, the ramp up and ultimate speed of the lower drum is a tad fast.

  • is this as heavy as a real B3?

  • Hey,its nowhere as near heavy as a B3.The B3 has all that tonewheel generator in it.BUT it is very wide at around 29" so i had to take the door off and the back panel of the organ to squeeze it into the room.

  • This is a great song to play on a B3000 and your rendition of it is fantastic. I play Girl Talk (from the same composer, Neil Hefti) on my B3000. It is also a nice showcase piece for this particular organ. I am sorry you want to sell your instrument. It sounds like it is in tip-top condition. I bought mine in 1981 and it needs some minor adjustments. In fact, it only needs a basic tune-up but I cannot find anyone in Montréal to do the job.

  • I LOOOOOOOOVE the rise and fall time on that rotosonic drum. Sounds incredible.

Nice left hand chording and pedal work btw.

  • Do you still have the B3 for sale?

  • @angie4josh A B3 is 465 lbs and a B3000 is 263 lbs if I remember well. I used to have both. Now, I only have the B3000 and it is much easier to maintain. No tubes to replace. My B3 was a 1963 model and the B3000 was a 1981 model. After 30 years, it still gives me great satisfaction.

  • Not bad our church has one of these we just got it repaired seems a common

problem is corroision on the contacts inside where the different ciruit boards connect together.

  • Sounds good that B3000 ; what leslie you have?
