Man, back in the day we had Dallas, Dynasty, Falcon Crest, Knots Landing, Flamingo Road, Hotel, Dynasty II: The Colbys and hell even Moonlighting!!

Now...we have ....Jersey Shore...The Real Housewives of_____..... The Khardashians...Man we live in such an awesome time!!!....NOT!!!

there was 14 seasons if u count the 5 episode miniseries in the spring of 1978

there was only 3 Soap Operas I enjoyed Dark Shadows ( a gothic soap opera) , Dallas and Dynasty.

@liddlebopeep I totally agree with you on that, and it looks like more reality shows to come. I believe Dallas is going to be a hit maybe just maybe the networks will take notice and start bringing TV back, but there are some good ones to name a few Brothers & Sister's and The Good Wife as far as drama goes, crime shows well there are good ones there.
