As for the exact chords, i will ask Jeremy about specific chords, but i think the fingering is pretty clear:
1st chord: x22442
2nd chord: 244422
3rd chord: 022442
Something to note: this is when you are playing solo. When he plays it live the chords are very different.

It's a Michael Kelly Hot Rod. It was his, but he got an endorsement from PRS, so he sold that one to me.
