This is an intermediate flow sequence to open the hips and inner groin muscles, as well as stretching the psoas and quadriceps muscles.
Vidya has been studying, practicing and teaching yoga since 1975. Her intention is to intelligently weave together all of her yoga experience and to create thematic flows to build flexibility, strength and stamina, as well as to focus and stabilize the mind. Vidya founded Frog Lotus Yoga Studio in North Adams, Massachusetts and now directs Frog Lotus Yoga International Teacher Training Programs around the world in exotic locations. These YTT programs are taught as Intensive Retreats.
