  • Also: I'm guilty of doing this at times as well, but your neck is REALLY craned up and is ruining the natural curve of your spine. Don't look up so much and you'll prevent injury in the long run.

  • Looks pretty good man! If you don't mind, I only have one piece of advice. At the beginning of the 0:23, if you pay attention to the bar path, you'll see that the bar is moving back rather than straight up. To correct this, start with the bar touching your shins rather than in front of them. That extra inch the bar has to move is energy wasted, that could've been put into moving the bar straight up. Just my $0.02 - hope it helps.
