ingredients 1 lb of flank steak, 1 clove of garlic, 1/2 tsp of ginger, 1/2 tsp of shallot, 1/2 cup of shitake mushroom, 1 cup of celery, 1 cup of carrots, 2 tsp of cooking wine, 1 tsp of chili powder, 1/3 tsp of 5 spice powder, 2-3 tsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp of sugar, 3 oz of beef stock. 2 oz of corn starch mixed with water.
