John Edwards is the first Democratic candidate to launch a South Carolina TV ad in the 2008 cycle. The ad, "American Jobs and America's Workers," began airing statewide on November 13, 2007 and highlights Senator Edwards' experience growing up in rural Carolina mill towns.

I am a SC resident that was recently let go from my job after 16 yrs. I am a 45 yr. old white male, Navy veteran & American Legion member. I am a hard worker & I don't believe in sitting on my rear collecting a check. I am looking in the following counties: Aiken, Edgefield, Greenwood, Lexington, Newberry & Saluda. Nice ad. I wish more ppl understood that the only thing keeping them from a good domestic economy, health care, and renewable energy is corporations. This fact alone makes John the best candidate. Why don't ppl get that he has the best ideas?

I guess john edwards doesn't know that companies need to maximize profits to be a successful business. Its through these so called "greedy" profits that raises the workers wages and lowers the price of products for consumers. He knows this but knows that many Americans do not. Do not be fooled by this hypocrite he is doing it for the votes, like any other politcian.
