  • Entirely way too complicated. Something is bound to go wrong. A simple approach like Rutan uses would be better.

  • I think this was clearly the better escape system of the 2 escape systems NASA tested. The other Orion escape system is not survivable. However, I think the Constellation program is a mistake.

  • Where'd they get the money for this? Who'd they steal it from?

  • @JetMechMA For starters, this is private effort, with over 1/2 billion dollars spent by ONE man. Everyone keeps saying, "you can't do it" every step of the way, yet, here they are, on the precipice of conquering privatized, manned spaceflight, and all you can do is bitch about some political rant? Why are libs so bent on being against anything that moves mankind forward? You make me want to puke.

  • The nation is bankrupt. Who gives a rats ass about this shit anymore. Millions of Americans lives have been ruined by traitorous republican policies...selling out to communist China. republicans fund explosive growth in communist China with jobs outsourced from America. republicans fund explosive growth in communist China instead of in America.

  • @MrChowahbeng

mr.idiot. that has ntohing to do wiht china.. also US did do that 50 years ago in 1960s on the mercury programm. still. every escape launch system will and must be tested... incase that something goes wrong. the system must work.

  • kids stuff..china did that 20 years ago...
