lol At the time I was confused by the way it worked becasue sometimes it would turn into cobblestone. So I would only use a source block to create the obsidian. Got to remember this was when Obsidian portals just came out so I was being a noob when I made this lol.

How do you get the lava in the bucket without burning yourself?

@xXLukaRocksXx Carefull navigation of underground lava streams. lol, though it is easier now with the new biomes. sometimes theirs lava on the surface.

In response to multiple comments below, yes mining that iron took forever, however for noobs you can use just one bucket if you require, just takes multiple trips to your lava source (which are a lot more common ever since notch put in the lava springs on the surface)

To do this you need a lake and a lava spring... great

U just need 1 bucket and pool of lava and a pool of water
