i kinda forgot this movie but i think this is sad. you should try WINDSTRUCK.

TT You can rily cry like forever. That boy and girl is also there. Also SAD STORY still sad korean movie. Also try 100 DAY WITH MR ARROGANT!!!

But Windstruck was produced after My Sassy Girl? Windstruck was 2004 and My Sassy Girl was 2001?

I don't know what you mean by "semi-sequel," but Windstruck is neither a sequel nor prequel to My Sassy Girl. It's more of a companion movie. Both movies were directed by Kwak Jae-yong, so he wanted to throw references in there. It's like how Belle from Beauty in the Beast is in the Hunchback of Notre Dame; that isn't to say that the movies are related, the animators just thought it'd be fun to throw that in there.
