@Christine5000 Christine, WHAT physical evidence? There is no physical evidence that even implies Darlie Routier committed this crime. The time doesn't work, nor is there any of Devon's blood on the knife. Did you see how her throat was cut? Could you cut your throat like that? This is a cover up of the real killer.

@VanillaDollx27 The do not have dna that can prove her innocence, that's ridiculous. and the state has been ordered by the federal court to re-test some of the evidence. It's not the state that didn't show the tape, it was Darlie's defence attorney Doug Mulder. It's all in the trial transcripts. Get real, flubbed evidence. All the evidence, blood and fibre evidence points to DArlie. Why wasn't she arrested then after 20 minutes? Because no cop said she was guilty after 20 minutes, that bs.

@TexasBluebonnet1836 read the trial transcripts instead of Don Davis. The whole story is told in the transcripts. The defense, Darlie's attorneys asked for the move not the prosecutor. Don Davis is biased to the Routiers, the only people he interviewed for his book.

There is NO evidence that this crime occurred in this manner. Darlie Routier does NOT fit the criminal profile of this type of killer. There are PLENTY of serial offenders in this part of Texas who do. I think the conviction of Darlie Routier is a cover-up for law enforcement incompetence.

To everyone who is so sure that Darlie Routier killed her sons, read the book Hush Little Babies by Don Davis. When I started reading it, I was 100% convinced she was guilty. Now, i believe that an innocent woman sits on death row. She DID NOT get a fair trial, and if that trial had have been held in Dallas County, I'm convinced she would have been acquitted. That says to me that the state's case must have been pretty weak if a change in location would do that.

She didn't kill her kids, people. Look at the case. They never looked at anyone other than her for that crime from the beginning. Even though, they now have DNA that could prove that she's innocent, the state of Texas won't test it. They'd rather an innocent women die for something she didn't do than admit that they made a mistake. She celebrated their birthdays after they did a memorial for them, but, of course, they won't show that tape. Or admit that they flubbed the evidence.
