I've done this; its important not to starve yourself in the days before as this will cause your stomach to shrink. need to keep stomach stretched out

saw the man vs food episode today.. and told my cousin (in the same room) that im gonna try this one day.. she told me that she will too... but now watching you eat this.. well idk.. it looks kinda scary i think i might not eat for a week and then come in and eat it lol! good job however.. your better than the guy on the t.v show lol!..he only had like 2 bites left.. lol!
