The Undercover Hippy freestyling with audience words at Big Chill / Sunrise Celebration 2008

This was a completely impromptu gig in the Sunrise field at Big Chill 08. My "band" is made up of drunken friends and family members who wanted a free ticket, and we were supposed to be having our first rehearsal, but after 5 mins were asked to play outside the "New Internationalist" stall! the set ended up being almost all improv with a seriously drunken vibe! My voice has almost entirely dissapeared, hence the tired style! Unfortunately the words the audience threw are missing from the beginning of the video, and I can't remember what they were! If anyone else can, please post them up in a comment.

I was on myspace listening to some friends of mine that usually post their song there, and then I discovered The Undercover Hippy when I decided to look for another thing...

I am from Brazil, and you are just great! I loved the critcizing lyrics. Specially Snap Back and Money Money Money... How come we do never find people who wonder why our society is so fucked up?

. I could complain about that, because I do think we live in world where women mean sex, and that can be really discusting. Though I just usually hear the sound, enjoy Jorge Ben Jor, if you have time. He is my favourite. Look for "Filho Maravilha", or "Yve Brussel". Hhaha, I could actually stay hours here, mentioning

Well, I will love to check it out, but right now I am a little swamped, you the know.. the crazy routine.. ´~;O Humm, oh, let me tell you, do you know some brazilian artists? There are some really great, don't know if they criticize, yeah there are some musics more reflective, but mostly it is all joyfull, and about soccer and womenall his songs I like, but tell me if you like it.
