Just read the description and tags of the video. it says all about the person what his aims are?? I come across other videos uploaded by this guy. He is looking only for negative stuff against Pakistan and uploads it just to bring the negative image forward and bring sort of panic for Pakistani viewers. please have a look at his other posts. At least I come to conclusion that he is not the well wisher of Pakistan. He is provoking sectarianism and anti-Pakistanism.
