Might it be a good idea to construct a small basement under one's house with fairly thick walls, ceiling, and door - and then stock it with a lot of canned food and a hand-generated short-wave radio? If nothing happens - you just have an extra room and some extra food. No harm - no foul. But if something does happen - at least you might have a fighting chance of surviving. I'm not a gun owner - and I don't intend to be - but would something like a Tazer be a good idea? The horror!

Thank you for sharing your story we all need to know the truth. By the way have you all heard of a house bill hr 875. This bill is crazy because they want to criminalize organic farming including home gardens. There are some lobbyist that are associated with a company that develops gmo seed. They want their profit and monopoly and we get screwed. Imagine getting busted for growing an organic heirloom tomato in your garden.You may as well grow pot because it would be considered the same offense.
