Our current prohibition laws are blatantly unconstitutional and the very people who swore an oath to uphold and protect these rights are the ones taking them away.

The real issue everyone keeps forgetting is the right to use marijuana in a responsible fashion is a constitutionally protected right. We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. Government was instituted to protect our right to use marijuana not to take it away.

If the fed govt is allowing this man to use cannabis and supplying him than every one else should be able to use it w/o fear, sadly tho our nation isnt like that.

Ive been using weed for 5 years now to help with depression, i still use it cause it helps me, but around 8 months ago i got arrested and had to get GOVERNMENT PILLS by my doctor all they did was turn me into a zombie and made me sleep. Marijuana helps me like nothing else can and its a natural grown substance ...tell me again why i cant use this?
