The Wish That Changed Christmas part 1

Ivy, an orphan wants a grandmother and a doll for Christmas. She mistakes a sign greeting her into a town, she jumps off a bus and shouts, "It's me, Ivy!". In the cold she looks for a grandma unsucessfully. She finally finds a woman who always wanted children and a doll, Holly. Based on the book The Story of Holly and Ivy.

Dude, we all owe you one for posting THE BEST CHRISTMAS MOVIE EVER here! I have it more than one time on tape, but what´s the use of it if you don´t have a functionating (or is it "functionable" ? I´m from Germany, so my english skills aren´t perfect at all... ^^;) VCR? :-(

...and speaking of questions: WHY IN THE NAME OF MIKE ISN´T THIS MOVIE AVAILABLE ON DVD YET?!?!? I bet we who found it here won´t be the only ones who´d buy it!!!! >:-(

I was 12 when this special aired....I taped it, but my VCR is unreliable for watching....it could eat my tape). Thank you for sharing this! I too wish this was on DVD!

This was one of my FAVORITE christmas movies when I was little and still is! My family and I watch it every year!!
