Me Meeting Demi Lovato!

I was FREAKING out. I've met her twice before on the Burning Up Tour, but meeting her again after all that she's been through in the past year made me really idolize her. And I tried meeting her twice more after the times I've met her in '08, but they were both fails! But yeah, I had SO much to tell her, but when I went up, I was shaking so much...I could barely speak because you can hear I was shaking in my words, too! You can't really hear what we said here, but my friend basically thanked her for telling her fans to stay strong and how much she inspires her. This was our conversation:

Me: Hi, Demi!
Demi: Hi! I love your outfit! (This is where I fangirl inside my head, haha.)
Me: Thank you! I think you're so beautiful! (I had to literally force that out of me because I was so nervous...what I really wanted to say was, "I just wanted to let you know that not only do I think you're beautiful now, but I always thought you were beautiful even when you didn't believe you were.")
Demi: Aw, thank you!
Me: I wrote this song for you when you were in treatment. (I hand her the envelope and I'm literally shaking handing it to her.)
Demi: Aw, thank you so much! (I wanted to tell her more, but I just stood there, silent. I wanted to ask her for a hug, but the table was too wide for us to reach for a hug, so I just stared blankly at her, the table, and the magazine.) *after a moment of awkward silence* Thanks! Nice to meet you! *and I don't think I even said anything back and just ran off awkwardly, fangirling*

She is so beautiful. Looking at pictures, I didn't think the red suit her very well, but no picture can compare how beautiful she is in person. When I first met her, she was all smiles and she was laughing when I was talking to her! She has the same big smile that just doesn't wipe off from her face. I love her smile. I couldn't keep my eyes off of her face because her face literally glows every time she smiled.

Something I also didn't tell Demi in person, but I was wanting to:
Thank you for reminding me to stay strong everyday because it definitely is easier said than done. You not only stay strong for your fans, but you stay strong for yourself. I praise you for that.
