@rykpa wow.... that was rough. i like the cut of your jib, sir!

I received an email about her comments which were out of context so I searched and found this video. I have to say that given that soldiers were & are dying & these wars are costing us a lot of money in other areas, Giffords could have asked more pertinent questions than energy consumption. Frankly, I don't think that is the most important thing. Keeping our soldiers safe, providing quick medical treatment, proper food, etc. is much more important than saving a little energy. Dumb questions.

No wonder she survived the shooting...no vital area hit. What a ditz!!!

This lady has endured a terrible situation and I don't think anyone would not say that they wish that this would have never happened. The people that died and that were wounded have the prayers of civil people around the world. That being said, this is the most stupid conversation and questioning that I have ever heard between a politician and a combat commander. Our troops are dying and being maimed everyday in the middle east and she wants to know what's being done to save energy! Amazing!

@ttwarrior1 He worked on her election campaign in 2007. I doubt she herself manages her channel and uploads her own videos; that's probably done by someone who works for her. Maybe he sent a sub request and they accepted it. His sub list is hidden, which is odd.

why is she on her shooters suscription list???

There is a reason she was asking about this, take some time to learn what your government is doing before you make a dumb comment:

If I were the General I would have said "I believe in the future of wind power, so why don't you blow me?"
