Anarcho-Syndicalism is far more democratic than any centralised electoral process can ever hope to be.

I started writing about the economic situation in the US on international internet forums and now both my wife and I are being overtly harassed by some twisted branch of the US government. Looks like The First Amendment guaranteeing freedom of speech has bitten the dust.

Let's not forget though, I think an Anarchist market would look very different to our current system. On the far-left side of Anarchism, money wouldn't even exist (Anarcho-Communism), in Syndicalist and Collectivist Anarchism, money would exist but would probably be regulated by democratic councils.

Continued.. I would think at that scale you would have to elect representatives in the democratic process due to the inability to retain direct democracy at that scale, but there's certainly ways to avoid most if not all major problems with that. For instance, the representatives would derive from and return to an organic group (community, workplace, whatever) and so would be directly responsive to that group, you could also rotate the role of representative, etc. Plenty of ways to go about it.

I'm not sure what you mean by "divide the co-ops". As far how big they would and/or could get, I don't think there'd be a limit, unless your region, community (or some level of democratic agreement) decided that a particular industry shouldn't grow for some reason. And yes, there could well be reasons why people might want to do that. As for "how localisation would work in a global market", you can easily have federal units reaching the national and/or international level.
