It took some time but the apogee detector seems to finally have all the bugs worked out of it. One rocket, two beautiful flights in one day.

  • Great flights (as usual)! Out of curiosity, what is the wire taped to the side of the motor casing (visible at 2:43 in this video as well as in some other videos)? Is it for head-end ignition on the motor?

  • @simav8r Exactly, it's for head end ignition.

  • last time I bought kno3 from atlas chemicals they wanted 10$/lb for 2 lbs! how much cheaper is it if you buy in bulk?

  • @jmontello1 I pay $25 for a 50 pound bag.

  • Do any of your rockets so up on radar? They only pick up birds in bigger flocks. Just makes me wonder,

  • @Dlbeau7 Don't know. Good question.
