Have this exact same ad here in Australia, just with Australian accent dubbed on (quite well might ad) so i always thought this was an Aussie ad, unless the actors they used here look exactly the same. Point is, out of all the anti smoking ads ive seen, this one just freaked me out the most. Quitting cold Turkey is the best option, you body has to adjust to no nicotine what so ever.

i am so so so so so proud of myself for quitting. it's been four days since i smoked my last cigarette. i feel great. people please stop telling yourself you cant't do it because it can be done. it took me several times to quit bit i knew i had the will power deep down inside. i quit cold turkey. no medications, no therapy. i just gave it all up. i have no cravings what so ever.

@PeepeesandWeewees That is awesome and easy to do once you think about it. I quit for 2 years... (only started smoking 4 years ago) and like an idiot I started back. But I'm at the point where I don't want this for my life anymore. Thanks for the video- it truly helped. :)
