Solar Cooking Update. The Sun Oven

I have had this oven for over two years now. I recently refinished the interior of the oven because the black paint had faded a little. I used Rust Oleun for ovens. This paint dries fast and after heating the oven a couple of times there was not noticeable odor or paint taste . In the iveo I cook brown rice, bread and brown rice bake , apples and cooked today some Pepper Rodge apple pastries that even got a nice
browned top.

The oven temp was a steady 350F. The outside temp was about 40F In some of last week test the oven got to the same temp 325 to 350F with an ambient temp below 32F
