A theory? Um.. this is ain't no theory man. It's natural for most poltician to further there political career. It's about forming alliances, and getting along, while at the same time deceiving. That's basicly politics is all about. How in the world is this a theory. This is pure fact. Everybody knows this. I'm just sad it happens to be Rand Paul considering the fact,that he's the son of Ron Paul. The man who rarely does politics and focuses on the issues. You sir is ignorant!
