@Metlahaed No... not ignorant its just very aspie I get hung up on details. I have been thinking about looking at Opeth's songs as a whole and It kind of works I mean its a flawed whole. But this song really.....ughh I shouldnt have to compromise this much to enjoy music. Good thing I found Porcupine Tree through Mikael Åkerfeldt. I catched Opeth live once and was far more impressed by a smaller band named Unexpect. Opeth just sounded....kind off drab.

@PennyDreadful1 You are unable to look at the song as a whole. It's a 10 minute song, a lot of Opeth songs are like that.... Each one is an incredible journey through my body and mind. It's ok that it doesn't do the same for you, but to suggest they are tedious, static or stubborn is ignorant.
