If you are on a fixed income or make shit for pay, you can't buy the healthy foods. Hell..just buying some fruit is a MF luxury. Our government should make healthy foods affordable. making people fat is a billion dollar industry. there will be no coupons for salad. the trick. gorge on veggies - learn to season with exotic spices when you cook your veggies. cut out anything with High fructose corn syrup, bleached or enriched flour, severely limit starchy foods, drink water and tea. say no to juice and sodas of any kind. the lbs. will disappear with little effort and you will save money!
