  • It's sure refreshing to hear a Politician make sense. Liberalism is a Mental Disorder.

  • @renaissanceman21c I would be in favor of a progressive tax rate if I had any trust or respect for my government. Until that happens a flat tax is the most fair way to go. But we gotta close these loopholes and either raise capitol gains tax or lower income tax. I would prefer the latter.

  • @Despiser25 It was popular 200 years ago.

  • @qualityrkc To the extent that we have mandatory taxation, it should indeed be equal. However, regarding a progressive income tax, that is completely immoral. You are free to voluntarily pay a higher rate than others, but you've no right to impose such a scheme on others. As far as your one day being rich under a progressive income tax, good luck, because unless you receive a special favor or privilege from government, you're going to need it!

  • @renaissanceman21c limited government in what respect? Is he against "the war on drugs" aka "the war on americans". Does his stance on the drug war fit with his espoused views of limited government? How so?

  • @renaissanceman21c I do believe that when Bill Gates and Warren Buffet were making their way up they did believe that rich people should either be taxed equally or at a higher percentage than poor people, yes. It isn't hard to believe at all seeing as I feel that way and I will one day be rich.

  • @qualityrkc Do you think that when Bill Gates and Warren Buffet were making their way up in the world they were wishing for more taxation and regulation on themselves?

  • @Flash02021990 Why would you say that? He stands for limited government.

  • @rhcrest satan is more powerful than god?

  • @mustangkraft505 one correction. Majority if welfare is paid to red states.

  • @renaissanceman21c cmon man thats illogical. They are two men on top of the game. They cannot go any further up hence their is no incentive to lie.
