Satisfy You

This song was written in response to a leaders meeting at our church in which the illustration of a French coffee press was used. How there is a time of grinding the beans, then a time where the water steeps for 4 minutes with the grinds before it is pressed, and then the beans and water are separated. Each step is very critical to making the best cup of coffee and the image was drawn to the fact that there are important steps in our own lives that are critical to make us the best that God wants us to be.

With all that my wife and I have gone through over the years this illustration and song has great meaning for us. So there is a lot of emotion and depth to the words that Kim wrote.
