Nature Boy

This video was very impromptu. I was sitting on the couch thinking about eden ahbez and how he was unhappy with the last line of his song "Nature Boy". He felt that the line "...just to love and be loved in return" implied a reciprocity rather than "true" love.

I suddenly had the urge to sing the song but to let the last line hang. I didn't want to lose the spontaneous feel (complete with the latin mood I was feeling) and recorded it with the little internal mic in my macbook.

Correct. Eden wrote both the words and music and personally pitched it to Nat Cole.

Thanks dude. Wonderful, and you just made the lyrics perfect, even better than the original one, because you cut of the part "...and be loved in return". I agree with you, the greatest thing we'll ever learn is jut to love! and to expect nothing in return.
