@jkdenthusiast haha this is martial arts your going to see every kind of fitness level and having trained under him for about thirteen mounths i can say he is really strong especialy in close and it is not as though he appears completly out of shape
hes not ripped but considering he trains things like hayasten grappling he may not want to be that small since lowering weight class has no bearing in a real fight

The guys in this commercial should be hotter. Most JKD guys are in much better shape than this guy. I'm underimpressed.

This clip is fairly good compared to most on youtube, however if the floor work was reality based when he did the crossbody armbar his partner would have bit his calf.
