In this case, using PVC 6" tubes, the process is very simple:
1) Heat up the tube 3 inches from the PVC so it takes the bowl shape, in this step you don´t apply any pressure

2) Once the tube it´s warm you heat it up at 1 inch from the tube
3) Apply pressure on the tube
4) Cool it with water

  • @FanatiCCC Post some pics or something, i wanna see how it ended!!

  • @twingo16V Thank you bro ! I tried with the heat gun and it worked fine. I only needed to put a lot of pressure on the pipe but it gave me a nice result :)

  • @FanatiCCC You can strip one side of the tube, and just get some fiberglass and there you go, 1 more db!!! you can even strip it and just get some duct tape and you gain a lot, it´s very easy really, you should try it :)

  • @FanatiCCC Glad you like it bro, remember that 8" PVC it´s a lot thicker, is not as easy as a 4" or 6" , if it doesn´t work right for you, i have the biggest and easiest solution EVER, i have a large format printing suppliers company, i sell Banners and more, well, the cardboard tubes where the banners come are exactly 8" thick, you can go to a large format printing company and ask them to give you this tubes, they ALWAYS throw them away, you can build a 8" aeroport EASY as hel with them.
