Chef de Caves AKA super winemaker Dominique Demarville hosted the event, acclaimed set designer Petra Storrs styled the Brandon Room with shipping artifacts - old leather travel cases, hand made wooden ships, travel compasses - to bring back a little history of wine bottles travelling through the French port of Dieppe. The installations centre piece was one of the very few Veuve Clicquot bottles left to be found that is stamped with ʻEnglandʼ still engraved on the Yellow Label, dating back to 1919.
