I atumbled across this as my boyfriend and I in Scotland wait for equal marraige to be brought in (probably 2014/5) and we wait to get married, we do not want a civil partnership we want the same rights as any other couple.... take marraige away from the churches..totally have civil weddings only and then church blessings, they cannot then argue at all and the churches that are progressive can bless us who wish it.
