Again, I cant stress enough, make sure you get the correct case for your version of the Flip. The cases for the 1st generation flips do NOT fit the 2nd generation flips and vice versa.

Yes, with the underwater case. Just make sure you get the correct case for the Flip you have. The underwater cases for the 1st generation are not compatible with the 2nd generation Flips and vice versa.
