Interesting to think that in 1930, this was a nod to 20 years before it---when your mom would be of the "Gibson Girl" era at the turn of the century. Time is such a funny thing. To think, in the early 1900's, they were still drinking coke in their cola and not batting an eyelash at it; now, we're tracking celebs and searching for dust trails. What a difference a "day" makes...
