Hi great vid mate, I'm looking into a Finland style knife but unsure of what length to get. I like the last one in the vid. 5'' i think you said? what would be the best size for practical use? the 8'' ones look awesome but would the be a bit over the top? thank you.

Hello mate.Happy new year!i am terribly sorry for the delay in replying to your questions but i had a problem with my yt account.anyway i think now it's fixed.
to your question i'd rather prefered a 4 or 5 blade combining with a small axe for the heavy tasks.although i am not an expert many bushcrafters choose between this range but everything depends on what are you planning to do and how comfortable feel with these tools.hope i helped and sorry again for the delay!

hi mate.
ka-bar it's a great knife, scary sharp (1095 carbon steel as mora carbon steel knives).it seems rather a survival knife by the meaning that if you had only one tool with you.u can make shelters, chopping, hunting.for purposes like making sticks, cutting ropes or woodworking i would definetily used my mora knives which they are very easy to handle and have a better control in my hand.for the heavy work i would use my axe. sorry for the delay mora review will come soon...
