During weddings you know you need to get fun and interesting shots of the brides maids and groomsman. In this case we have a fun picture of the grooms doing their take on the famous scene from Reservoir Dogs.

  • Jared, why are you generally opposed to cropping a photograph? If the crop yields a better photo, why not?

  • @harrybean2006 my goal is to get my composition correct at the time I am shooting. I want the maximum quality in my RAW file. Many people complain that they see to much noise or grain and a lot of the times its from over cropping.

  • But the groom is right in the middle where the pages fold. Maybe it;s better to move him a little bit left or right...

  • @ufontinas yup, i have to check the layout i still have some wiggle room on the left hand side to make it work.

  • Great photo, but I like the cupple shot more. It is from the same event, right?

  • @MrNadavik yes. I will do a recap of the wedding to discuss some of the best shots.

  • lol Jared got a dirty IM at 4:46 :P

  • @JaredPolin It would also be cool to discuss some of the shots you didn't like because it's always fun to see the "non-keepers" of a pro photographer.

  • o have a uestion.. you say you have to crop the image to fit iit in the book but cant you make the photo just smaller to fit in the aspect ratio or woudnt it be better to set the aspect ratio you want straight in the camera if the camera allows it?

  • Brilliant vid, really appreciate your time to post these up, top man thank you!

  • Nice pick.

  • @JaredPolin i think a 5d mark II would help with that problem

  • Jared is quite good in taking these kinds of shots. I'm impressed! :)

  • Show more wedding photos :)

  • I love your videos !!!

    But I have one question:

What do you pefer , Photoshop or Lightroom ?

    Thanks !

  • WHY ISO 800 JARED WHY YOU NEVER SHOOT ON LOW ISO? I SEE NO REASON FOR 1/2500s !!!
