fedor is not a sell out he's the only person who doesn't fight just for the money

The UFC's Japan shows were all ran by 2000. The 3 shows were done before the end of the 1st Pride GP. The UFC would do huge in Japan with Rampage, Wand, Akiayama, Caol Uno. There are tons of fighters that Japan loves post Pride. Japan loves entertainment, while the UFC is about the fight. They don't need heavyweights look at Pride's Bushido Series. The UFC would do well like selling out Saitama.

I think they just get ommitted because they have won since coming over and performed well. Hendo was the only man in the ufc to win a round from anderson, and rampage held the title, lost a very close decision to forrest and ko'ed wandy, thats a little different than guys like shogun who came over and got completely owned in every aspect of mma

Strage how American heroes Rampage and Henderson are always omitted from the drugs-in-pride talk/speculation. Both have lost since coming back to UFC.

Yes Kimbo isfighting if you read the Mma news you would know. Strikeforce just struke a deal gettting most of the Elite XC fighters including the women and network deals with showtime

I said "Thirst" not "First". It was supposed to be funny, I hate people who constantly try to be first on every video.

Well to be fair, the boards have have always been talking about Fedor whether it was high praise or harsh criticism. The boards erupted with a lot of opinions about Kimbo and Lesnar once they threw their hats into the MMA world. Based on his interviews, Kimbo wants to continue MMA, but who really knows what kind of success he'll have. He's a name that draws an audience and brings in money. Those were the UFC's initial intentions with Lesnar. It may not be justified, but it's smart business.

Is Kimbo Slice EVER going to fight again?
Last year all the MMA boards ever spoke about was Kimbo, now its all Fedor!

...They could sign Kimbo to get more of the casual fans to spike ppv numbers, but put him on one of the undercards for the live ppv/tv broadcast. I'm not certain of the status of Women's MMA in Japan since I believe SmackGirl went under, but there are really good female fighters out there besides Gina like Megumi Fujii (although she's in a smaller weight class) that Affliction could sign. Affliction could have a decent LHW roster which includes Babalu, lil Nog, Mousasi, Ortiz, and Sokoudjou.
The only glitch with that LLC model that you were talking about is that Affliction would need a "parent company" to cover the front end of it, for tax purposes.
Last I checked, Golden Boy Promotions looked like it was ready to "get in bed" with Affliction, so hopefully that eventually happens.
A heavyweight, lightweight, 145 women's formula seems pretty solid, but there's quality talent in between those levels, that Affliction already has it's hands on..

See I think Affliction Entertainment and Affliction Clothing have been kept sepreat for that reason, I could be wrong though, but if not then yes Golden Boy would be a good choice.
While yes there are guys at other wieghtclasses but focusing on those three you can take your time a bit more with the other classes. there was more to the rant but the video cut off once it was uploaded for some reason.
