  • Yes, you would rehydrate by soaking them in boiling water for about 25 minutes or so.  Thank you for watching!

  • you needed to boil them first for @5 min - I saw another vid a few min ago. It takes the starch out of them - they won't turn black on you that way. I use the Excal too..love it!

  • Neat! Do you need to hydrate them first to use as french fries?

  • Have you tried making veggie chips like they sell at Whole Foods or Central Market? If you figure out the recipe, please share! Thanks for the videos.
