  • How should I prepare for this so I wont injure myself?

  • @arsenalfaneric - These exercises are great. Also check out the Speed & Acceleration videos - and practice a couple 100m sprints (Box to Box).

    If you did that every 2 days you would be in top shape and improve your speed. But its all about consistency.

  • What is the best way to improve my sprint time for 30 metres, in the next 5 or 6 weeks?

  • @nigeldadon9 - You could do these exercises 3 times per week but be sure to give yourself at least 48 hours of rest between training the same muscles.

  • how many times a week should you do this, and the Improve Speed & Acceleration
