The Magic Bullet Sucks!

This is a infomercial parody based on one of the most popular morning infomercials out there. The magic bullet claims that it can do any job in the kitchen in 10 seconds or less. Well they lied, it is in fact one of the worst blenders that is on the market today. In this video, we have created disgusting recipes using our given resources and have debunked the claim that it can do anything in 10 seconds or less.

Facts: This is our first video made with Final Cut w/Livetype. It took me a couple of hours to master the system. It worked great, but I had trouble trying to get rid of the black bars on the bottom of the screen. I usually like converting video to 16:9 during the final compression, but my camera automatically imports a 4:3 window with 16:9 widescreen film. The reason I want to get rid of the black lines is so that when I add special effects such as fire, I don't have to worry about flames going over the bars and such (which it did), making the movie look cheesy. After the project was complete, I finally figured out how to get rid of the black lines out of the video. There is a few minor glitches in the movie, but most of them are easily overlooked.
