It was revealed just moments ago on the USA Network's Monday Night RAW that Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, a former multi-time WWE Champion, will be guest hosting the biggest show of the year on the first Sunday of the year, WrestleMania 27.
The news has been heavily rumored as of late this past few weeks, and we also posted the news confirming that the talk backstage was indeed that the Rock would be hosting the show from Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday, April 2nd here on WrestleHeat.com just a few weeks ago. The news was made official tonight. All through the night, the announcers mentioned unrealistic possible names for who would guest host the show, from Justin Timberlake to Will Smith to Vin Diesel. However, it was the Rock who was made official to the Anaheim live audience, and appeared in front of the capacity crowd, his first return to the company in several year.
