  • So I'm looking at buying/building something like this and I have a n00b question. Did the rough cut need to be done first, or could you simply tell the machine to use the fine head the whole time while removing layers?

  • @wimman It depends on how deep the final relief will be. In this video the releif was set at a depth of 10mm and that is to much for the 3mm finishing cutter to cut at once as it will break. If the relief's depth was say 3mm you can cut with the 3mm cutter only.
