Battered Mothers Custody Conference Interviews

Anyone who is really going through an abusive relationship should realize that at least one woman in this video is a known con-artist....she makes a living by lying and saying her children were abused by their father (through books, websites, speaking engagements, etc..) and suing people. I really care about the family that this evil fat-faced woman's (you know who I mean) lies are hurting, so her appearance in this video takes A LOT of credibility away from this video

Thank you for making this, at least there is one way for the stories to get out there. Just shows that the media is run by the same corrupt people as the courts etc.

Excuse me, there is not anything out there, protecting women, or children of abuse. Makes me wonder if you are the type to think it's of to hit a woman or hurt a child because they made you mad. No wonder the system is so messed up, there are probably many people in that system who think like you. Very IGNORANT

I think you live on another planet. Women sheltering industry is multibillion dollar business in North America. The shelters are everywhere while there is almost no help available for men. The system is so messed up because they are just using women and children to promote business. Families are stripped from their financial resources in the process.

i am a mommy of 4 louisiana my husband is fighting for our 2yr & 3yr old i have been a stay home mom for 13 yrs working off and on but he slowly controled me til i was competely under his tumb no money no car no job he has now paid his atty $45,000 i have never drank smoke drugs go out nothing i gave nat birth & nursed he lied & evaluators with no proof said i was emo unstable and needed a stress relief he get full judges here go by what they say so i have until july to prove i need legeal help

Oh yeah, to any lawyers who may be lurking, Im amazed I was never even served before being arrested either!!! I still think somewhere I may have had a lawsuit but its past the Statute of Limitations. Im not sure, any lawyers willing to contact me about this email me...

in nj you do not need anything to up and have the mom arrested for protecting her children, I have since gotten my kids back but after my parents put out 50,000. for bail, lawyers and more lawyers, the point being, had I been poor I would have lost my kids totally, I would have had no help in fighting for my children. The laws are not geered toward protecting kids, so thank you for this awesome video!!! There needs to be more like it!!!! I hope Wendy gets her kids back soon, God bless you moms!

I am so sorry all of you are going through this crap too. Im very angry about this also. I took my children into a dv center after the father threatened me with my life and that he would take the kids away, while I was there and got settled in a new state, I was visiting my other family member back in the old state and was arrested for 'custodial interference' which was TOTAL BS because neither of us had even been to court before, there was NO CUSTODY order, this happened in nj..

Thank you, thank you, thank you! We are safe now--my kids have aged out. But not before my ex was able to destroy our lives. We will rebuild, and we will not stop shouting our story from the highest mountains!
