This was indeed a lip sync but this video is terrible. Not in sync with the audio at all. He really didn't do a bad job but this video makes it seem like he did.

You're an idiot. Broadcast delay has nothing to do with the fact that he butchered a lip sync job. It's obvious that track was the studio recording.
