I don't remember exactly, as I've moved onto the UDK (Unreal Development Kit) But if I remember right you can add use the key method with the camera object. So make it when you press W or A or S or whatever, to move the camera in whatever direction But you need to make sure that the camera is in the default position when you start the game the camera is flat so it doesn't go in the air or in the ground. Now I can't remember where the buttons are but it's not to hard to find.

It's really simple to make a first person. You just make it so the character is vehicled just behind the camera. Then you make it so that when the player moves his/her mouse it moves the angle of the camera. Then you make it so that when you press W A S or D it moves the camera it the forward, left, backwards, and right directions. And you have a basic FPS.
