What a cutie !! I am raising some Green Rump Parrotlets a little calmer than the Pacifics. I have a Green Rump male he is very talkative, he is a breeder and is rarely handled. He has learned to say "pretty bird" quite well. I wonder how The Obama Administration will destroy the pet world, since they have managed to wreck the economy and shift America into a full blown Communist Society?
