Athlete and Cirque Du Soleil performer (LeReve- in Las Vegas), Yuval Ayalon- shown in some various equilibre (hand balancing) clips I shot of him at the park and in class. This is just a tiny look into Yuval's training in hand balancing.
It should be noted that While hand balancing is a passion for Yuval, he does many things in LeReve. He is truly a world class athlete, and a great guy.

  • I'm curious, how do you come into contact with people like Yuval and Ido? I have a few contacts with some world class performers, but that's basically just because I worked with Cirque du Monde for some time.

  • I have made sincere efforts in pursuing the works of Ido Portal, and Yuval Ayalon. I can only assume that they must have known I was honest in my intent on applying their teachings- otherwise, I'm not sure either of them would have given me their time.

  • NO FAIR Yuval !!!! you have a coach....and i think she is that contortion lady from O. I've heard a lot of crazy good things about training with her.

how about training by yourself without a coach he heee.

either way it looks great and you are a great artist.

  • because of this video i started practicing the move at 4:45. Thanks for doing this vid. I watched it so many times. Really good motivation.

  • Yuval is awesome! I was just rewatching his videos a day before you posted this. I bet that nice lady gets turned on being able to spot for a stud like him LOL! Me and him seem to have a different preference for transitioning to one hand. He has a narrow stance and goes from finger tips to one hand. I get a wide stance and have a smooth transition from palm to one hand. However, he also has more experience than me, so maybe I could learn from trying his methods.
