@XytonITG : So you begin TKD a little bit BEFORE me ... Congratulations for your Gold Medal !
-
@nghoaivan2 I've been in it since i was 7. Im 17 now but i took a year or 2 off in between. I was looking up videos of this pattern because I used it while competing in the 2006 World Martial Arts games. Won me a gold medal =). Since then i've kind of forgotten most of it so i'm just re teaching myself the movements
-
@XytonITG : I understand. Well : 8 years, you must begin martial arts a little bit after me, long long years ago ... :)
-
@nghoaivan2 It reinforces your technique with power. Thats the way I was taught it. 8 Years of seeing something done one way and then seeing it done another just after i watched felt irritating. Sorry haha

I don't practice sine wave as Choi Hong Hi indicated (down-up-down), but just drop when strike ("ochi" in japaneese). Only a personal choice ...
-
Ugh No sine wave, no power =(
-
Yes ! Too tiring ... Very perspicacious ! :)

avoiding the turning heel kick are ya? XD
Why the most interesting part? I like the way you do it (without sinewaving) Do you have the complete pattern?

@sagagossard : I am sorry not. When I discovered this pattern, I was interested by the beginning which remind me some motions of Taichi chuan. I just try to show this.
