Nooooo, there's a bunch of people who did comics with one or two people. Though most of them are black and white comics.

Very different from how Manga is written...o.o They usually write the whole series (or at least a bunch of chapters) first (including what goes in what panels), then they sketch it all out, then re-draw it all and ink it and then tone it...

That's not a script, that's a thumbnail for a comic panel. I'd suggest going to your nearest bookstore and see if they have a copy of Panel 1: Book Scripts by Top Comic Writers. Look through it and see if it has what you need.
